The model number can be found in most cases on the plastic just under the screen on the underside of the laptop.
Most Acer laptops are 19v 3.42amp. However, the pin size can be slightly different on all models, which is why we recommend that you bring your laptop and old charger in with you when you come to collect the new charger. If you bring in your laptop we will give you a complementary DC Port test. This will make sure its deffinately the charger thats at fault and not the DC Port on your laptop thats causing any charging problems. This test only takes 5 Minutes so it wont take much of your time.
