Viruses are becoming increasingly clever and can look like many different errors, such as hardware errors and software errors. They can also look like completely legitimate anti-virus software.
In most cases, a reinstall is the best option with a data save (pictures, music, documents). We can do this in house at our Birmingham Store.
With a full reinstall, we remove all data and save it to an external device. We then take the old installation off Windows and install a fresh clean copy onto the hard drive. We then download and install fresh updated drivers which increase the stability of your system.
